Oxygen has become my best friend. I got an M tank at home, and about 10 D tanks with portable bag. My mask sucks (these masks Praxiar give are junk) so working on getting something more efficient. I may buy a scuba regulator to get the full effect of the o2 and not waste so much of it.

You need to find a good neuro who will prescribe o2 to abort a CH. If your doc cannot do that much for you… well, I just fired my primary, and finally found a GOOD doc who has already helped me more in 3 months than my previous doc did last year. At least he didn’t kill me, though came damn close a few times. Be careful with doctors.

I suffer from 5-6 day cycles with usually a day of freedom….I also use 15 lpm as well as melatonin, which combined have 98% effectivness… The melatonin does work…at least for me…Good Luck, man…these SOB’s are hell!!
