A ladt I met told me to take a magnesium supplement, & it would help my migraines. I bought a supplement called “Calm”. Comes in citrus flavored powder form. Mix with water. It has helped a lot. Although I do still get headaches, they are not as frequent, nor as intense when they do come. Hope this helps some of you other sufferes as well. A much larger dose than I take is recommended. But I find I can only tolerate 1/2 a teaspoon a day. Makes your bowels VERY regular.
