I’ve found a sock full of hot rice is the best to get rid of my migraines. What you do is take a tube sock, fill it with plain white rice, tie it off, then microwave it for about two minutes. it stays hot for twenty minutes or so and is awesome for subduing pain. Also try to figure out your triggers. its easier to head them off if you know what brings them on.
