being a migraneur is horrible. i try to throw up as quickly as possible, somehow that makes it instantly go away, like a pressure leaving my body.
triggers can include (by experience) perfumes, colognes, florescent lights, doing dizzy work, chocolates, caffeine in general, stress or overworked body and not getting enough sleep. veins in your body restrict bloodflow (that im told) and this causes nerves to be squished or pushed causing the actual pain. otc drugs stopped working, i watch my diet

It’s so true about an overly sensitive nervous system….my nervous system is so different from a “normal person’s” nervous system! Everything is too bright, too loud and smells too strong. My aura’s are very disabling also.
